Explanation of Ezra Miller's Shocking Fan Attack Video: What's Really Going On?
DCEU and Fantastic Beasts franchise actor Ezra Miller was caught choking a video fan. We break down what really happened during the incident.
Actor Ezra Miller was caught in a cassette that drowns and kills a fanatic - we know that from the argument. After breaking away from the roles of We Need To Talk About Kevin and The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Miller switched to blockbusters and played Credence Barebone in the Fantastic Beasts series and The Flash on DCEU. A video of the actor who appears to steal a mysterious woman is currently circulating online, raising questions about what led to the incident and what really happened.
Miller's controversial asphyxiation fan video first appeared on social media on April 6, 2020. After only five seconds, Miller started talking to a stranger outside a pub. At first, the lady seemed to be joking and made stupid movements as she approached the actor. Miller can be heard asking, "Do you want to fight?" and at the same time descends the woman's neck, hits her behind a car and then knocks her over. It all happened so quickly that when the woman lost her balance on the way to the ground, the people who were filming the video started to crawl and listened to some of the boys who, with worried voices, called Miller "brother" as if they were please wanted him to stop...
According to a Variety report, the dispute took place on April 1, 2020, at 6 p.m. at Prikið Kaffihús, a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland. With the walls covered with graffiti in the background, the fight seems to have taken place at the rear entrance of the pub. An eyewitness announced that it all started when the actor faced enthusiastic fans, including the woman in the video. Miller started to lose control, especially towards the lady mentioned above, and next they knew that the incident had already started. The actor, annoyed by what happened, was accompanied by the bar, which he normally visits when he's in town.
In the meantime, there is also a separate memory of the incident on social media. Twitter user Kylie Lampe is believed to be the original source of the video. However, his message is no longer online, as is his profile, but some fans were able to get a screenshot of his download that gave us his side of things. According to her article, she is friends with the woman on video and was with her when everything happened. She confirmed that her boyfriend "IN Jest challenged him to fight", but he took it too seriously and "suffocation threw her to the ground". The boys then removed Miller from the woman, but the actor spat on Lampen's brother and the pub bartender.
The two reports on the incident agree with the relevant details of the dispute, although it should be noted that Ezra Miller has not yet made an official statement on the subject. Screen Rant contacted his representatives for comments, but they had not yet responded at the time of writing.
